Mr S Allie has been living in Walmer Estate, in Cape Town, for more than 40 years and is a well known businessman in the area. In the year 2000 the Allie family renovated their home to create more space as the family was growing. As the years went by, their children got married and moved out.​

Due to the 2010 boom in the tourism industry as the World Cup headed to our shores, Mr S Allie decided to convert the ground floor and penthouse levels to a holiday guest house.Mr S Allie and his son manages the apartment and is always at hand to provide a friendly and efficient service. ​

His son & daughter in-law in Johannesburg manages the advertisement and bookings. The Allie family tries to give their guests value for money and make their stay comfortable giving them the home away from home feeling.
