• An inventory list is in all Self Catering Units for guests. Please check the inventory on arrival and prior to check out.

• The Azzavia Mosque is in a walking distance from the apartment.

DOCTOR & DENTIST
• The doctor/dentist surgery is in a walking distance from the apartment.

DRY CLEANING
• Dry cleaning services can be arranged by the guest house manager at an addition charge. Service only available from Monday to Friday (8 am to 5 pm)

LAUNDRY SERVICES
• Laundry services are available on site at an additional charge (see attached price list). Service only available from Monday to Friday (8 am to 3 pm)

HOUSE KEEPING
• House keeping services are available free on standard packages on request of guest.
• For special packages there is an additional charge of R50, 00 per day.Weekend and public holidays will be charged at R75,00 per day.
• The service is available from 10 am till 2 pm.

PARKING FACILITIES

• Off street parking is available free of charge (at own risk).
• Secure lock up parking is available at an additional charge R50, 00 per day.

BALCONY WARNINGS
18 on Coronation have balconies situated in the best positions so that their guest can enjoy the spectacular views of Cape Town. Please take precaution when using the balconies and staircases as follows:
• All minors to be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• No hanging and standing on balustrades.
• Hand rails to be used when using all staircases.
• Extra caution to be taken when using the balconies in windy conditions.

NOISE LEVELS
Please note that no loud music or noises will be allowed:
• After 20h00 from Monday to Thursday
• After 23h00 from Friday to Saturday

PETROL STATIONS
• The nearest petrol station is about 3km away from the apartment.
​

NON SMOKING
• Smoking in the apartment is not allowed. The practice of smoking at the window and then throwing the cigarette butts out of the window will not be tolerated.
• In the interests of safety and common courtesy, please refrain from smoking in the apartments.
• R150.00 charge per day will be levied to your account should you be found smoking in the apartment.

GAS STOVE SAFETY
• When stove is not in use please make sure that all gas knobs are closed.
•  If there is any smell of gas please contact the house manager.

BRAAI AREA
• Our designated braai area at the back of the apartments operates from 15h30 until 23H00 and no braaing is permitted anywhere else on the apartment. Please notify the house manager when using the braai facility.

SAFE
• Safe is installed in the apartment for the safe keeping of your valuable.
• Please refer to instructions next to safe.
​

SIGHTSEEING /DAY TOUR
• Sightseeing and day tours can be arranged through the bookings department.
• Shuttle services and pick up from the airport is also available.
