ACCOUNTS

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking (standard tariff).
• A 10% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations.
• If the cancellation is done less that 24hrs from the date that you have booked the apartment, a 25% admin fee will be charged.
• All booking costs should be settled with the booking office before you arrive at the apartment.
• The cost for the laundry and dry cleaning services to be paid directly to the house manager.
